User Flow

Pain Points
Acne and Breakouts – Frequent pimples, blackheads, and oily skin that affect confidence and are difficult to control despite trying multiple products.
Lack of Reliable Guidance – Confusion from conflicting skincare advice online or on social media, making it hard to know which routines or products are actually effective.
Product Sensitivity and Mismatch – Struggling to find affordable products suited to their skin type; many options cause irritation, dryness, or worsen existing issues.
